Roasted aubergine salad-Kozlenmis Patlican Salatasi

ROASTED AUBERGINE SALAD

Hello today a very easy dish I am going to share which is roasted aubergine has a delicious taste. If you have induction cooker as I have you need to roast it in the oven otherwise you can benefit from the fire of the cooker. Roasting in the oven is easier to cook and more clean process. lets have a look to the ingredients;

INGREDIENTS

2 aubergines (medium size)
3-4 green pepper
2 tomatoes
a small bunch of dill (optional)
4-5 clove garlic
red pepper, cumin,thyme, black pepper, salt

oil (sunflower, corn or olive oil) (To be honest it goes nicer with butter however I am not using it at all in any of my dishes because it is considered as unhealthy)


Turn on the heat to 200 C of the oven and start with making the holes on the aubergines by the help of fork stick the fork all around the aubergines to avoid it to burst in the oven and help it to cook inside of them with these holes. Cut the peppers in to two pieces and clean inside, cut the tomatoes in two pieces and put three of four gloves of garlic and with the baking paper place them all on the tray and wait for 15 minutes take out tomatoes, garlics, and peppers from the oven and replace their skins which will be very easy because they are roasted their skins are going to come out even itself. Turn the aubergines to the other side and wait 10  minutes more and when you touch it with knife it gives a soft feeling and its skins gets wrinkled then take it out and peel the skin of the aubergines. Cut them all in cubes including dill and put the flavours according to your taste and and finally add some amount of oil (1-2 spoon) and mix them all. Finally place them in a plate however you would like to present it.

KOZLENMIS PATLICAN SALATASI

Merhaba pisirmesi ve yapmasi son derece kolay ama cok lezzetli bir salata olan kozlenmis patlican salatasi  ni paylasiyorum. Normalde kozlemeyi ocakta yapabilirsiniz ama gereksiz yere surekli cevir dur ayrica onu temizlemesi cok zahmetli. O yuzden cok vakit kaybetmeden firinda bu isi cok rahat halledebilirsiniz. Nasil mi hadi bakalim;

ICINDEKILER


2 patlican (orta boy)
3-4 yesil biber
2 domates
Kucuk bir demet dere otu (istege bagli olarak )
4-5 dis sarimsak
Kirmizi pul biber, Kimyon, kekik, karabiber, tuz

Yag (aycicek, misir veya zeytinyagi) (Durust olmak gerekirse aslinda tereyagi ile daha guzel oluyor ama ben mutfakta hicbir sekilde tereyagi kullanmiyorum sagliksiz oldugu kabul edildigi icin)

HAZIRLANISI

Oncelikli olarak firini 200 dereceye ayarlayip isitmaya baslayin ve patlicanlari yikadiktan sonra catalla delikler acin her bir yanina. Bunun nedeni hem patlicanlarin patlamasini engellemek hem de icinin daha iyi pismesini saglamak. Biberleri ve domatesleri ikiye bolum ve biberlerin icini temizleyin. 4-5 dis sarimsagida disler halinde ayirip yagli kagidin uzerine bunlarin hepsini dizin ve firina verin. Yaklasik 15 dakika sonra domatesleri, sarimsaklari ve biberleri cikarip kabuklarini soyun. Patlicanlari 10 dakika daha bekletmek uzere ters tarafina cevirip firina veriyoruz. Dokundugunuzda yumusaciksa ve ayni zamnada patlicanlarin derisi burusmussa onlari da cikarin ve kabuklarini soyun. Butun icindekileri kup seklinde dograyin ve dere otunuda arzu ettiginiz miktarda ekleyin. Baharatlarini damak tadiniza gore ayarlayin ve bir iki kasik kadar yag ekleyin servis etmek icin hazir hale gelmistir.
